Throughout her years as a Physical Therapist, Miral has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients. She has worked in both acute care hospital settings as well as out-patient private practices. Miral values continuing education and has taken numerous post-graduate courses in the areas of acupuncture, advanced manual therapy, pelvic floor dysfunction, and Labour and Delivery Support.
Miral enjoys working with all types of patients and believes treatment should be patient-centered, individualized and include a combination of manual therapy, exercise therapy, and most importantly, patient education. She takes pride in being able to help people regain function and eliminate pain. “The most rewarding part of being a Physical Therapist is being able to help someone return to an activity they love.”
When Miral is not in the clinic, she can be found enjoying the outdoors or indulging in good food. She also has a love for travel and exploring various cultures around the world.
